Company
UseLab is a leader on Polish usability market. We operate since 2006. We have completed over 150 research and analysis in the field of UX since then. We are dedicated to usability research (tests, eyetracking, expert audits), Information Architecture design and consultancy in the field of User Experience.
Team
We are employing leading polish usability analysts. Members of the Board are specialist with seven years of experience in the field of usability

We guarantee the best quality of research thanks to:
- The application of international standard for usability reports CIF (in conformance with ISO).
- Research is carried out in our own usability laboratory, which is equipped with the most modern research infrastructure (Tobii T120, Techsmith Morae 3.0. Our laboratory provides a room for the researcher, person being researched, monitoring for the consumer and full audio-video recording.
- All research are conducted by educated psychologists and sociologist, in accordance with international psychological and recruitment standards.

We are gaining experience through working for the most prestigious companies in Poland, which are at the same time companies of international renown (inter alia Orange, Citi Bank, Liberty Direct, Pearson Longman).
We are working for banking, telecommunication and e-commerce sectors, as we are taking part in projects concerning websites, mobile as well as devices.
We are cooperating within the framework of international projects for companies in USA, great Britain and Germany since 2009.

We are cooperating with the scientific environment – our partner is a leading polish university - Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities, thanks to which we have access to the newest scientific achievements – in particular because of cooperation with Institute for Social Psychology of Internet and Communication.
Since 2007 we are the member of Technology Partners – Advanced Technology Centre, which gathers 12 leading scientific institutes (i.a. The Institute of Applied Optics, Institute of Aviation).
