CONCEPT FOCUS GROUPS - CONCEPTUAL RESEARCH

It is a research method consisting in meeting the group of users or potential users in order to know their opinions on the product or/and brand.

What is Focus Group?

It is a meeting in Laboratory of a group of 8 people, with whom the moderator talks. The whole session can be observed by the customer and is fully recorded.

How does Uselab do that?

The research is conducted by educated psychologist with the experience of carrying out focus researches.

The whole research session is carried out in the UseLab Laboratory in a rented focus studio in the city centre.

When to use Focus Group Method?

In relation to the marketing character of the research it is worth using the method when the customer cares about getting the opinion of the researched group. The method in contrast to individual interviews shows the change of opinion in the group.
