STRUCTURED CONTEXTUAL INTERVIEWS
Research method consisting in gathering information and opinions on the subject of the current or future system use from the researched people in the form of contextual interviews.
What is Structured Contextual Interviews?
The researches consist in interviewing individual researched people. The interview is done by educated psychologist and the whole research session is recorded. There is a possibility of observation of such research.
How does Uselab do that?
Contextual interviews are done in UseLab Laboratory or in the customer's headquarters in suitable condition, depending on the requirements of the customer.
The analysis of the interview ends with the delivery of the interview report.
When to use Contextual Interviews Method?
Contextual interviews are a very good method to be used on the first stages of UCD process. It is a perfect method in order to gather information concerning the needs of target consumers and the problems and difficulties verification, which consumers may come across.
